Made-to-order products
Our pendants are made to order. Production takes place before dispatch, and delivery also requires time in transit. Production and transit times are separate stages.
Shipping estimates
We aim to ship orders within 30 days of receiving your order. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Timing depends on production and your destination. If you need an item for a particular date, please contact us before ordering to discuss the expected timing.
After dispatch, transit time varies by destination and shipping service. Customs processing, carrier delays, and events outside our control may affect arrival times.
International orders and shipping charges
We aim to serve customers worldwide. Please check the delivery options and any shipping charges shown for your address at checkout before completing your purchase. If your destination is not available, contact us before ordering.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other destination-country charges. Please review the charges shown at checkout and contact us if you need clarification about what is included.
Order status and delivery problems
For help with production status, dispatch, tracking availability, or an order that has not arrived, email stanley.bailey@eclecticalliances.com with your order number.
If your package is lost or your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Delivery address
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched. Re-shipping fees for orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address are explained in our Refund Policy.
