Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with The Lord's Prayer Store. Each piece of artisan jewelry in our collection is custom 3D-printed and made to order specifically for you. Subject to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind once an order enters production.
If you wish to cancel before production starts, contact us as soon as possible at stanley.bailey@eclecticalliances.com so we can check your order's production status.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, including the wrong material, finish, or model version, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Please contact stanley.bailey@eclecticalliances.com within 14 days of receiving your package. This reporting request does not limit any rights or remedies you have under applicable law.
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the item showing the damage or flaw, along with photographs of the outer shipping box or packaging where available.
- Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund, as appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.
Refund processing
Once your refund is approved, we will issue it to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. Any shorter timeframe required by applicable law will apply.
Return instructions
In most cases, you will not need to return the physical item. Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is required, we will provide instructions and confirm the return address and any shipping arrangements before you send your package.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address you provided was incorrect or incomplete, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fees required to resend the order, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrect goods, or cancellation and return rights that apply under the law.
